I've Seen FAST & FURIOUS

Sexiness = Buick Grand National > bikini clad Michelle Rodriguez

Fast & Furious has all the original cast back together for this car exploitation movie: Vin Deisel, Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez, and Jordanna Brewster. The story is about using skilled street racers to smuggle heroin across the Mexican border into the United States.

The driving stunts seemed more unrealistic than usual, especially the chase scenes that took place in the abandoned mines. I think I've seen better CGI in the video game Grand Theft Auto 4. Rather than paying Jordanna Brewster six figures to say less than 10 lines of dialogue, I could have better used that money to buy more memorable cars and to boost my special effects budget.

All in all, the movie delivered its fair quota of action. If you're a fan of the first installment of this franchise, you should be satisfied with this latest effort. You shouldn't feel ripped off at all if you see this film at the theater on cheap Tuesday.
