It would seem that Victoria "Posh Spice" Beckham has spent tens of thousands of dollars to make her face look like that of the 3-year-old YouTube star, also known as the Monster Ass-Kicker.
Quite the unusual request for cosmetic surgeons to fulfill. I hope Victoria kept her plastic surgeon receipt.
